How does pure water window cleaning work? +
We use a water-fed pole system with 100% purified water. All minerals and impurities are removed, so when the water dries it leaves zero residue — no streaks, no spots. The bristle head agitates the glass and frame, and the pure water rinse carries dirt away, leaving a perfectly clean finish that actually stays cleaner for longer than traditional methods.
Do you clean windows in the rain? +
Yes — and the results are just as good. Because we use pure water, rain doesn't affect the finish. Rainwater is actually mineral-free, so it won't leave marks on freshly cleaned glass. We'll carry on in light rain or drizzle without any issue. We only reschedule in genuinely hazardous conditions such as high winds or storms where working safely isn't possible.
How do I pay? +
We collect payment via GoCardless, a secure direct debit service used by thousands of UK businesses. Once you're set up, payment is collected automatically after each clean — no need to remember to pay, no cash needed. GoCardless is fully FCA regulated and protects your payments under the Direct Debit Guarantee.
What if you can only access the front of my property? +
If access is restricted and we can only clean the front of your property, 50% of your agreed price is still charged. This covers our time, travel and setup. To avoid this, please ensure rear access is available on your clean day — if there's a gate code or specific instructions, let us know in advance and we'll make a note on your account.
Will you leave marks on my UPVC frames or sills? +
No. Pure water is gentle on all frame materials including UPVC, timber and aluminium. Because there are no chemical additives, there's nothing to cause staining or residue build-up. In fact, regular pure water cleaning keeps frames looking newer for longer compared to traditional detergent-based methods.
Do I need to be home when you clean? +
No — you don't need to be in. Our water-fed pole system cleans from the ground, so we don't need to enter your property. As long as we have access to the windows (and rear access if applicable), we can complete the clean and you'll receive a payment notification via GoCardless once we're done.
How do I cancel or skip a clean? +

Please send your message before your clean day so we can update our schedule. You'll receive a confirmation reply from us.
Will I get a reminder before my clean? +
Yes. We send a reminder 48 hours before every clean so you always know when we're coming. This gives you plenty of time to ensure rear access is available, move any obstacles, or text SKIP if the timing doesn't suit.
Why do my windows look a bit smeared after the first clean? +
This is completely normal if it's your first pure water clean or if your windows haven't been cleaned in a while. Old detergent residue and grime trapped in micro-scratches on the glass can take two or three cleans to fully clear. After that, results improve dramatically with each visit and windows stay cleaner for longer between cleans.
What frequency should I choose? +
4-weekly is ideal if your property is on a busy road, near trees or has young children — windows stay consistently clean. 8-weekly suits most homes and is our most popular option. 12-weekly works well for properties in quieter locations. One-off cleans are also available if you just need a one-time freshen up.
Do you clean conservatory roofs and solar panels? +
Yes. Our water-fed pole system is perfect for both. Conservatory roof cleaning removes algae, moss and grime safely from the ground — no ladders or risk of damage. Solar panel cleaning with pure water removes bird droppings and dirt build-up that can reduce panel efficiency by up to 25%, helping you get the most from your investment.
